Nothing like some palm trees, right? Why do we have so many of them around here? This picture, as you can see, was taken in a huge parking lot. Whoever designed this parking lot decided lots and lots of palm trees was the way to go. Maybe this place is trying to get a little of the glamour that the beach cities have. Palm trees = glamorous land of eternal sunshine, right? After all, Hawaii has palm trees and that's supposed to be paradise, right? Frankly, I'm just not a fan. Give me some trees that make shade.
Anyhow..the sky is blue and the sun is shining. I've been reading posts from different places that actually have seasons and people are basking in the new spring weather. Here in southern California we are drying out after all the rain and staring at the palm trees.
