Ooey Gooeyness At Its Best

On the first day of the reunion we had a dutch oven dinner right under the shadow of some golden eagle nests. After dinner we roasted marshmallows over the open fire.

Do you want lightly toasted or darkly toasted? (The third option, though not pictured, is blackly toasted)

It's less messy if you eat it all in one bite.

Oh brother. What a brother.

She thoroughly enjoyed it!

Looks yum. And an inventive use of melted marshmallow in the last pic. I tend to use over-the-counter hair and face products myself but I'm sure this smells reeeeaaaal good.

Place the marshmallow completely in the fire until it ignites...remove from the flame...extinguish the flame...peel off the charcoal husk that surrounds the soft gooey goodness inside...consume while hot *use caution!!*....THAT's how I like mine! ;o)
