I was in a parking lot when I notice this sad looking car. Then I noticed there was styrofoam in the bumper! So this is why cars cost so much money. =)
You know though, I was in a little accident a year ago with my car and I ended up destroying this poor guy's Dodge and all I had was a scratch on my side's rubber strip.
Maybe the styrofoam was added as a plug post accident? Who knows? You should do an investigative photo report.
