The Shiner
The black eye is a couple of days old and doesn't hurt anymore, but she saw herself in the mirror and started to cry. I bribed her with chocolate to let me take her picture.

She was handing me a can of corn to put away and it slipped from my hand and bumped her right above the eye. So it was pretty much my fault. My poor little girl has a clumsy mom and also the misfortune of inheriting my clumsiness. We make a pair, the two of us always bumping in to things. =)
Oh, poor girl. But it looks like it's already healing well.

I think my daughter would do the same thing....
The tear makes the shot. (and I feel awful saying so!) glad she's healing.
